  • Transfer Hotel

    • Step 3: Full name of the account holder
    • Step 4: Card number
    • Step 5: Save the details
    • Step 6: After receiving an email, return to this section
  • Email Notification
    After a guest from your hotel completes a booking, uses the service, and makes a payment, your commission will be transferred to your account.
    You will also receive an email to confirm receipt of the commission.
  • Commission Amount
    Review the amount transferred to you and the specific bookings it relates to.
  • Confirmation
    Check your account for the received payment.
    If the funds have been received and the amounts match, confirm receipt.
  • Status
    The status will be updated accordingly.
  • Statistics
    Review your statistics.
11. How Hotels Can Use Transfer Services

    When a guest makes a booking, they indicate whether they would like to use the hotel transfer. If selected, the hotel will receive a notification email.
    Hotel staff should review:
    • Date

    • Room number
    • Service location
    • Calculate the transfer cost (one-way / round trip)
    • Confirm the transfer price with the guest
  • City Transfer
    When a guest makes a booking, they indicate whether they would like to use a city transfer. If selected, the hotel will receive a notification email.
    Hotel staff should:

    • Check the room number
    • Confirm the guest’s intention to use a city taxi (offer the hotel transfer if available). If the guest still prefers a city taxi, arrange it.
